6 BEST WAYS OF COOKING YOUR BEANS FASTER.

The following ways will help to cook your beans faster, in order to save gas or kerosene:

1. PRESSURE COOKER METHOD
Cooking your beans with pressure cooker/pot is the best, most healthier and fastest means of cooking your beans.

2. ONION METHOD
Cooking your beans with onion after parboiling it, will help to speed up the cooking process.

3. OVER NIGHT SOAKING METHOD
This is the traditional way of cutting cooking time of your beans. Just soak it overnight or for 8 hours in water before cooking it, can help to speed up the cooking process.

4. LIMESTONE/POTASH METHOD
Using potash to cook your beans will help it to cook faster, but note that potash is not healthy for the body.

5. SALT SOAKING METHOD
Soaking or washing your beans with salt before cooking it, will help to speed up the cooking time.

6. LEMON JUICE SOAKING METHOD
Soaking your beans with lemon juice before cooking it, can help to speed up the cooking process.
