EMOTIONS THAT RUIN MARRIAGES/RELATIONSHIP
1. PRIDE
When you let pride take over, your relationship,marriage will suffer. You will be difficult to correct, wanting to win each argument and will belittle your spouse
2. FEAR
When fear rules you, you will struggle to approach your spouse, you will keep secrets, you will not give your spouse the whole you
3. JELOUSY
Jealousy will make you compare your spouse with others, and also make you attack your spouse’s progress seeing it as a threat
4. ANGER
Anger is dangerous, it might lead you to physically abusing your spouse or attacking your spouse with words that hurt. Actions and words expressed in anger, are regrettable
5. RESENTMENT
When you resent your spouse, you will avoid your spouse, give your spouse attitude, refuse to engage in conversations and love making; slowly killing your marriage
6. LUST
Lust will make you lose direction. It might make you start using your spouse only for sex, or lead you to entertaining, flirting and having affairs with others
7. INSECURITY
Insecurities will make it difficult for your spouse to love you. You will feel you don’t deserve the good treatment your spouse gives, it will reduce your confidence and make you highly suspicious of your spouse for no reason
8. FAILURE
Feelings of failure will make you feel useless. You will put no effort in any progress in your marriage. It can make you easily irritatable because you hate how unfulfilled you feel
9. SADNESS
Sadness will make you dampen your marriage, ruin dates, push your children away and make your spouse not enjoy your company
10. HOPELESSNESS
This will make you pour cold water on your spouse’s ideas. You will not be interested in the growth of the family, it will ruin teamwork
Take care of your emotions and manage them well before the destroy what is a good marriage.

Anger can ruin good things in a second.. pls let us avoid anger.. instead of getting angry just work away or find something you love most to do like reading, music, dancing just to avoid anger.
