HOW TO MAKE PANCAKE

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon scotch bonnet pepper (optional)
2 tablespoon vegetable oil or melted butter
1 tablespoon sugar or honey (Fill free to add one extra tablespoon of sugar if you want your pancakes to be very sweet)
This recipe will give you 4 large pancakes. And 8 small pancakes if you’re using a 1/4 cup to scoop the barter

Method:
1. Combine all ingredients together and mix well (do not beat)
2. Heat up an oiled non – stick frying pan on medium heat
3. Fry the pancakes turning once while greasing your frying pan intermittently with a little melted butter or vegetable oil
4. Fry until both sides turn golden color and your pancake is ready to be served

This pancake recipe is very yummy just give it a try

    1. Whisk dry ingredients together.
    2. Melt butter and warm milk (we use the microwave)
    3. Whisk wet ingredients together.
    4. Combine the dry and wet ingredients.
    5. Cook on a hot buttered skillet.
    6. Enjoy!
