How to Prepare Egusi Soup

Ingredients
Palm oil
Chopped onions
Locust beans(iru)
Blended pepper
Crayfish (optional)
Seasonings( salt and maggi)
Cooked meat, fish, stock fish or cow skin
Blended egusi
Chopped vegetables(any vegetable depending on your choice)

Procedure
1. Heat palm oil in a pot, add the chopped onions,locust beans. Stir fry for a few seconds.
2. Add the blended pepper, crayfish and seasonings, stir, add your cooked meat, fish, stock fish or cow skin then stir fry for a few minutes.
3. Add blended egusi bit by bit, stir, let it cook for a few minutes then add the chopped vegetables and your egusi is ready. Eat with any meal of your choice.
