Staying healthy and caring for ourselves affect both our physical and mental well-being. It would be of good benefit to you to turn healthy behaviour into habits.
Irrespective of your networth;HEALTH IS WEALTH. The followings tips will help you stay healthy even with a busy schedule;

1.) Drink water as frequently as possible, this shouldn’t be over emphasized.
2.) Don’t smoke for fun
3.) Eat healthy diets
4.) Reduce intake of salt and sugar
5.) Have enough sleep
6.) Try as much as possible to maintain a healthy weight
7.) Laugh more often, avoid things that will make and keep you sad.
8.) Maintain positive relationships
9.) Do something meaningful everyday, something you’ll be grateful about.
10.) Be grateful for every single thing you’ve got
