Tips on how to be healthy

1. Jug for atleast 30minutes each day.
2. Brush atleast twice a day
3. Avoid wearing dirty underwear.
4. Avoid using unsterilized object.
5. Sleep for atleast eight hours a day.
6. Eat more vegetables than you eat meat.
7. Avoid over thinking .
8 . Drink atleast two litres a day to stay hydrated
9. Stay warm during cold season.
10 . Always keep safety rules at work place.
